Hi, I’m Alison Veitch, a licensed neuromuscular massage therapist, Reiki Master, and the heart behind Youthful Hummingbird Massage and Reiki. I believe healing is not just physical—it’s emotional, energetic, and deeply personal. My mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit. This path began as part of my own healing journey—one that taught me the power of touch, energy, and presence. I’m deeply passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered in their own process. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Coastal Carolina Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I completed my Massage and Bodywork Therapy Certification at Guilford Technical Community College, specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy, and I am licensed through the North Carolina State Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy (License #21161). In addition to bodywork, I am trained in Reiki I, II, and Master level in the Usui Tibetan system of energy healing under the guidance of Kathy Williams and Susan Cales. I offer a wide range of services—from neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue massage to trauma-informed bodywork, Reiki energy healing, and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage—all thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs.
